Our Leadership team team is dedicated to delivering exceptional facade installation across London and the South-East, ensuring quality and precision in every project.

33 years in the game, and still passionate about his industry. Dean never rests on his laurels , but rather leads with motivation and a “can do” approach. He prides himself in being driven by a desire to continuously learn, a perpetual curiosity to solve problems and look for solutions to difficult challenges, all the while sharing and teaching others from his experiences and depth of knowledge.

He is a qualified quantity surveyor with a career spanning more than 20 years in a senior commercial corporate role. His invaluable experience was gathered working for world renowned developers, main contractors, and curtain walling specialists on major commercial offices, high rise residential and stadia projects. Along the journey, he has augmented his skill sets to include other key industry disciplines of estimating, pre-construction, contract and project management culminating in a rich and rewarding career.

23 years in the facades industry! A totally self-driven and self-made individual, he cut his teeth as a labourer, progressing to the role of supervisor and manager, culminating in the proud owner of a successful business for the past 16 years.

When it comes to solutions required for time-critical installations, difficult access, and tight programme restraints, do not be surprised to see the gaffer back on the tools at the coal face with the team.

He is a true leader and an inspiration to all who work alongside him.
